SelfMag Transfection Kit

Each kit contains magnetic amino-functionalized nanoparticles, coupling, washing and storage buffers, an EDC coupling reagent, a MagID magnetic device for buffer exchange and washing steps, a MagFectin delivery reagent, and an 8 x 12 cm magnetic plate.

With the SelfMag Transfection kit, the molecule of interest is covalently coupled to the magnetic nanoparticles, which are then delivered intracellularly with a unique MagFectin reagent. Versions with carboxy-functionalized nanoparticles or amino-functionalized nanoparticles are available.

This kit has been successfully tested to deliver different types of molecules inside cells such as proteins, enzymes, peptides, and small molecules.
