2x PCR Master Mix Solution (i-StarTaq)

2x PCR Master Mix Solution (i-StarTaq) is designed for PCR with high specificity, accuracy and convenience. All reagents required for PCR are contained in one tube. The reaction can begin immediately by simply adding the template and primer. Gel loading buffer is included in the solution as well, allowing gel loading to be completed without further treatment. The i-StarTaq DNA Polymerase in this master mix is a non-antibody-based, chemical-based hot-start enzyme that reduces nonspecific amplification and improves specificity and accuracy.
