ExcelRT™ One-Step RT-qPCR Kit (TaqMan, no ROX)

The ExcelRT™ One-Step RT-qPCR kit (TaqMan, no ROX) is designed for reverse transcription and quantitative real-time analysis of a specific target RNA by one-step reaction. 

This kit includes One-Step RT Enzyme Mix for efficient cDNA synthesis and 2X One-Step qPCR Master Mix for highly specific real-time PCR in convenient, single tube formats.

The One-Step RT Enzyme Mix contains a thermostable ExcelRT™ Reverse Transcriptase and an RNAok™ RNase inhibitor. With these components, One-Step RT Enzyme Mix can reverse transcribe RNA to cDNA at a wide temperature range of 42-60°C. It is active against RNase A, RNase B and RNase C. 

The 2X One-Step qPCR Master Mix includes a specialized Hot-Start Taq DNA polymerase that greatly reduces primer-dimer formation and can be activated within 2 minutes. This master mix has high specificity and is suitable for fast cycle programs.
