Professional Stabilizer Package HRP, PBS Base

This package includes 4 stabilization reagents: Liquid Plate Sealer®, Antibody Stabilizer PBS, HRP-Protector™ and LowCross® HRP-Stab.

• Liquid Plate Sealer® is a stabilizer for coated antibodies and antigens on polystyrene or glass surfaces. After immobilization of the antibodies or antigens and blocking, Liquid Plate Sealer® seals the plates with a uniform, highly soluble stabilizing layer without affecting the assay. Plates treated with Liquid Plate Sealer® can be stored for long periods after drying.

• Antibody Stabilizer is designed for long-term storage of proteins or antibodies at 2-8°C. This product conserves the structure of proteins and antibodies to prevent loss of functionality due to storage. The version in this package is PBS-based.

• HRP-Protector™ is a long-term stabilizer for horseradish peroxidase (HRP) coupled to antibodies or Neutravidin/Streptavidin. HRP-Protector™ gives peroxidase conjugates the crucial long-term stability over several years even when stored in low concentrated ready-to-use dilutions. HRP-Protector™ can be used directly as an assay buffer for incubating the HRP-conjugates. 

• LowCross® HRP-Stab combines the advantages of LowCross-Buffer® and HRP-Protector™ for long-term storage of HRP conjugates and for reducing immunoassay interference. The LowCross-effect minimizes matrix effects, cross-reactivities and nonspecific binding, which HRP-Protector™ provides long term stability for HRP conjugates. The result is an assay diluent and storage buffer for HRP conjugates in one solution with high reliability and convenience due to ready-to-use dilution.
