Ron's PCR-Pure Mini Kit

Ron's PCR-Pure Mini Kit provides a fast, reliable method for isolation and purification of DNA from PCR reactions.

The procedure is based on an advanced buffer system and the use of the specially designed Ron's spin columns. The buffer system is optimized for recovery of DNA and removal of contaminants such as enzymes, salts and (oligo)nucleotides. DNA is adsorbed into the spin membrane and all impurities are effectively removed by washing. The pure DNA is directly eluted in a special buffer. 

This quick and efficient procedure does not require expensive equipment and avoids the use of toxic and hazardous reagents such as phenol or chloroform.

The components of this kit are sufficient for processing samples up to 100 µl with a fragment size from 100 bp to 40 kb.
