Description

This package includes three varieties of the antibody and sample diluent LowCross-Buffer®: regular LowCross-Buffer®, LowCross-Buffer® STRONG, and LowCross-Buffer® MILD. With this set of products, the user can try out the different formulations to determine which is most suitable for the assay.

LowCross-Buffer® is an innovative assay buffer for ELISA, EIA, RIA, protein arrays, Western blotting, IHC and immuno-PCR. The formulation of LowCross-Buffer® reduces immunoassay interference such as non-specific binding of the antibodies, matrix effects, and low or medium affinity cross-reactivities of the antibodies. Reduction of these negative effects improves the quality of the assay and the reliability of the results.

The two alternate versions of LowCross-Buffer® possess different properties that make them more suitable for certain applications:

LowCross-Buffer® MILD - the differentiation-line between false and true signals has been moved to lower affinities compared to LowCross-Buffer®.
LowCross-Buffer® STRONG - the differentiation-line between false and true signals has been moved to higher affinities compared to LowCross-Buffer®.
